Tonight there was Adler's deli - pot roast, roulade, pickerts. As usual, the quality of the food was top-end! Simply delicious, very warm, fresh and lovingly garnished. We are very pleased that the Adler is available in the times of Corona, with an undisputed price-performance ratio. Deserved 5/5 stars, great!

It was a great meal, from starter to Dessert .... also the greetings from the kitchen delicious .... the service very friendly and always at the start .. gladly come back ...

Basically I am very sparing with Google reviews, but the restaurant "Zum Adler" is worth a rating to me. My companion and I had a wonderful evening there on October 24, 2020 - everything was just right: the quality of the food, the ambience and the service of the friendly staff. In particular, the "little greetings" from the kitchen in front of the corridors were always a great surprise. Also noteworthy is the professional hygiene concept, which made our stay feel safe from the start. It will certainly not stay in this restaurant on this first visit.

Nice ambience, creative cuisine & very attentive service. Owner-run upscale restaurant in Bünde. Reservations should also be made during the week. In addition to a rich selection of meat specialties, the menu also has many delicacies that cannot be found in every other restaurant. The kitchen is characterized by a creative and bold composition of different ingredients. The dressing for the wild herb salad alone was a dream ... curry soup with shrimp ... 5 stars plus. All concerns were dealt with immediately and all special requests were implemented. The Corona protective measures are taken seriously here. A trip to Bünde is worth it;) We would love to come back !!

Had dinner with a couple of friends tonight. Both the location and the service were first class. The employees asked several times about their well-being without appearing obtrusive. The food was delicious. The starter was a wonderful creation, which I really liked. But the main course and the dessert that followed were in no way inferior. The drinks were also very good and recommended. Only the menu, which is manageable in and of itself, was not appealing to me personally, but that didn't detract from the whole restaurant visit. You can get full in many good restaurants. At the Adler, guests enjoy in a special way, just try it out.

Today we learned that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, what a shame. The food was delicious and we can only recommend it.

Were there on Thursday. Fortunately we got a table. 👍 Tried the kidney cones today. Simply great, great roasted aromas. The duck liver is also a poem. 🤗 We will be back.

We were in your restaurant for the first time last night and are absolutely thrilled. The service was great. Attentive without being pushy. A dish was conjured up for our son, which was not on the menu. Delicious. A tiny sticking point was the very hard herb butter. But it was simply great in terms of taste and that's no reason for me to deduct a point. If we are in Bünde again, we would be happy to visit you again.

We are absolutely satisfied. The prices are high, but you get super delicious food, friendly and very courteous service and a great atmosphere. The added value is clearly given here and justifies the price. We would love to come back.
